Traditional Japanese high carbon 'shirogami' steel mini nakiri, with a walnut wood handle and collar. Nakiri-bōchō translates as 'vegetable knife' – the rectangular profile makes it perfect for cutting straight through vegetables without horizontal motion.

Available as part of a set of 4 knives.
