DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Items are sent with Royal Mail, using the following services which can be chosen at checkout.
Royal Mail Tracked 48® - £3.95
Royal Mail Tracked 24® - £5.95
Free Shipping over £100
We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible and avoid using disposable plastics to pack orders.
Standard deliveries ordered before 5.30pm will normally be dispatched on the same working day. We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a Click & Collect option at checkout, allowing you to pick up your order for free from our physical store.
Orders can be collected during store opening hours.
Within collection hours, orders will be ready within one hour and you will receive a notification as soon as your items are ready to collect. Please be sure to have your name and order number available when you collect your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are very happy to calculate postage costs for you. Please email info@bindlestore.com with the item details and postal address. We cannot take responsibility for any applicable custom fees; please research if these charges apply to your country before placing your order.
RETURNS:
We’re confident you’ll love your product - however, we appreciate there may be occasions where you need to return something. We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of ordering, providing products are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
We cannot cover return postage costs. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage.
Please include your packing slip with your parcel, or we will not be able to process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days for us to process your return. Please note any postage costs for the original order are non-refundable and if you receive a refund it will be for the costs of goods only.
In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged goods, please photograph the damage and send us an email within 2 days of receipt, to info@bindlestore.com. We hope this is never the case but we will do everything we can to rectify the issue with a full refund or exchange.
