A great all round ceramic whetstone from Shapton, ideal for sharpening a variety of kitchen knives. #2000 grit is usable for both medium and fine sharpening, saving both time and effort. The storage case can be used as a sharpening base, or you can also use a damp tea towel.
Also suitable for sharpening planes, razors, scissors, chisels and gardening shears.
