Tetsuhiro Nakiri Knife
Description
Traditional Japanese stainless steel nakiri, with a poplar wood handle and resin collar. Nakiri-bōchō translates as 'vegetable knife' – the rectangular profile makes it perfect for cutting straight through vegetables without horizontal motion.
Available as part of a set of 4 knives.
