Tetsuhiro Deba Knife
Description
Traditional Japanese stainless steel deba, with a poplar wood handle and resin collar. Deba bōchō translates as 'pointed carving knife' – the single bevel and thick blade make it well-suited to cutting through fish and meat.
Available as part of a set of 4 knives.
