Description

The MD Notebook from Midori is designed for simplicity, so that whatever's on your mind can be put down on paper more easily.

The MD paper used in this notebook was first developed in Japan in the 1960s as Midori Co.'s original diary paper, and has gone through continuous quality improvements until today. It is adapted for high writability and prevents smearing or bleeding through.

Traditional threaded binding is used, making the pages robust and easy to open. It also allows the notebook to open flat on any page, providing complete comfort when writing or sketching.

This special edition 15th anniversary edition has a blind embossed illustration by Carolin Löbbert on the cover.

Notes

Carolin Löbbert is a German-born, Hamburg-based artist. Her lyrical, intricate works frequently address social issues such as environmental issues. She has held exhibitions and published works in Tokyo and a number of other major cities. Major clients include BEAMS, Isetan and VOGUE. She works in a wide range of areas, from boutiques and department stores to magazines.
